Do I need to be fit to join?
No, you don’t require any level of fitness, this is left up to us to get you fit!
Everyone has to start somewhere. You will receive all the Motivation and support that you’ll need, if not more
Will I be cursed at?
No, you will not be cursed at, but we will be strict and expect you to listen and do as requested.
Can you be really tough with me?
Yes, we can be harder on you if you like and push you further than you’ve ever been pushed before. We will assess you on the first day and make a mental note.
Do I need to be a good swimmer?
No, you do not need to be a good swimmer, we adjust your exercise to your ability, if you can’t swim very well or don’t feel comfortable, we will come up with alternate exercises, usually more tiring than the one planned ;-)
Will there be days that we can do what we want?
Yes, there will be days scheduled for R&R to do what you want.
Can I stay longer?
Yes, you can stay longer, but you will have to arrange your own transportation back. Subject to whether flight schedule can be changed.
Have you done this yourself?
Yes, we have done everything ourselves, we’ve been to all the places and checked them out, we’ve done the exercises and been through hell (Paradise for us) and back. So what we put you guys through, we know the pain, how hard the training is, and having said that what you will go through, however it’s all a good pain and sweat…. We will even join you on some of the training days to share the pain and sweat with you …
Will I get dirty and sweaty?
Yes, you will get dirty and sweaty, this is not a holiday to be wearing your Prada’s and Gutchi’s, no high heels and polished finger nails. You will sweat a couple of litres a day (we’ll make sure of it).
Is there any way to experience some Boot Camp?
Yes, you can sign up at www.executiveresults.com.au and participate in a boot camp in Brisbane for 4 weeks. You will enjoy it, but trust us, you will enjoy the holiday 20 times more.
Will I lose weight?
Yes, you will drop body fat, and lose weight, due to the nature of the training. Your body will go through some major changes while detoxing, however if you get through this you’ll end up feeling more energised and vitalised for the rest of your training holidays.. Everyone is different, with some people it will only take a couple of days, with others it will take 3-4 days depending on how hard you want to go with the dietary side of things.
Can you help me with diet?
Yes, we can give you all the advice you need, but it’s up to you to stick to it!

How can I prepare myself for training in Thailand?
Training 4 - 6 hours a day is very taxing on the body, you will need to have good inner health to sustain such a high level of training intensity. Many people lose valuable training days because of cold or influenza / flu type symptoms.
A low immune system is the result of poor eating habits such as too much junk food, alcohol, & processed food's causing low levels of good bacteria & enzymes in their bodies.
When you come to a new country your body is exposed to new types of bacteria in food, water & in the air. If your body is low in "Good Bacteria" then you will struggle to fight the bad bacteria that causes sickness and this results in flu type symptoms & colds ... To avoid losing valuable training days from illness you should start to build your inner health at least 2 weeks to a month BEFORE arriving in Thailand.
Recommendations for Improving Inner Health
(1) Acidophilus Tablets - Broad Spectrum Pro Biotic Tablets
Take 1 - 2 Acidophilus tablets every day for 2 weeks prior to coming to Thailand.
One Acidophilus tablet will add 1 - 2 Billion live bacteria cells to your body.
This will help build up your "Good Bacteria" levels in your body to help fight against new germs & bacteria that you will be in contact with in Thailand.
Inner Health Plus is recommended and a reasonable healthy diet rich in fruit and vegetables.
Can I drink tap water in Thailand?
Do NOT drink the tap water in Thailand
The tap water is pumped up from the ground, it is unfiltered water & may contain contaniment's.
You can use tap water to brush your teeth but don't swallow the water. You can use tap water to wash your face, hands, rinse dishes, wash clothes, shower, etc.
If you did swallow some tap water while brushing your teeth, it's NOT a big problem & shouldn't make you sick, Antiseptic mouth wash will help kill off any bacteria from the Tap water.
Many Thai people use tap water for cooking but it’s not recommended for foreigners to do this.
