Terms & Conditions

Please read the following and consider every point very carefully prior to booking the services. The followingis to be read in conjunction with the holiday package.

We reserve the rights to adjust the tours, accommodation and training throughout the holiday.

Please check specific itinerary of the holiday package for details regarding meals, transportation and programme.
Expenses other than those specified in the tour itinerary such as other meals, sightseeing, passport related costs, visas or other permit documentation, laundry, liquor, excess baggage charges, tips, personal and baggage insurance, telecommunication costs, or other items of personal nature are not included in the package price quoted.

Accommodation
Accommodation with bath and/or shower and air-conditioning is provided according to the category listed in tour itinerary. Accommodation is in a shared twin-bed or shared double-bed room. Though guaranteed accommodation can not be given, please note that accommodation substitution may occur when required and will be of same the international rating category or better.

Meals
Breakfast is provided each day of the holiday package. Some itineraries also include other meals such as lunch and dinner; please check your specific itinerary.

Breakfast is to be taken between 6:00 and 7:30 on training days.

 

Transfers
Private cars, microbuses or motor coaches are used; please check with your coordinator
for details. Some transfers may include travelling by boat, long-tailed boats, canoes, river rafts, inflatable floats, fishing vessels, elephants, buffaloes, tricycles, trishaws, tuk-tuks, or taxis, should you have an aversion to any of the afore-mentioned, please speak to your coordinator before you book the holiday package.

Baggage Allowance
Please check with the airline for up-to-date information on baggage allowance.

Extension of Stay
Stopover expenses, accommodation, meals, etc, for passengers wishing to stay longer, stay shorter, or altering the specified itinerary in any way, are not covered in the package price.

Personal Trainer
All excursions are escorted by your Personal Trainer. At times, there will be guest tour
leaders and guides to assist also. All services are English-speaking.

 

Programme Changes
Due to the weather, Acts of God or any other unexpected events, including but not limited to political unrest, social safety concerns, terrorist acts, and Royal decrees, there may be changes to the programme at very short notice. We reserve the right to rearrange the order of any itinerary, to cancel or to substitute elements of any plan with limited notice when local conditions force such changes.

Travel Documents
Passengers must have a valid passport and are responsible for obtaining visas or related permits.

Insurance
Personal travel insurance is not covered in the price. Travel insurance is mandatory.

Australian Government
The Australian Government through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade has a useful website for Australians travelling overseas. Please visit www.smarttraveller.gov.au for tips, guidance and warnings.

Health and Travel
Most itineraries feature rigorous exercise and may not be suitable for the elderly, or some unfit persons. Please contact your personal trainer if you are concerned.

Deposit, Cancellation and Refund
A deposit of up to 25% of the total cost of the tour is required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable if the arrangement is cancelled up to 5 months before the date of travel. If a cancellation occurs between 5 and 2 months before the date of travel, only half of the deposit is refundable. Deposit is not refundable in any part if the booking is cancelled within 2 months of the date of travel.

Full Payment
Full payment is required 2 months prior to the date of travel.
