The Ultimate Health and Fitness Holiday in Phuket Thailand

What do I need?

On your holiday you will need at least the following

  • Travel insurance

  • Camera

  • Boxing gloves if like to wear your own, or you can use the ones at the camp.

  • Enough fitness clothes to wear, i.e. light and comfortable, we recommend the following

    • Female

      • Shorts, Tank tops, or light t-shirts, (remember you will sweat, sweat, and do more sweating.

      • Pair of runners

      • Flip Flops (Thongs)

    • Male

      • Shorts

      • Singlets (optional no shirt while you train)

      • Runners

      • Thongs

In Thailand during April and May the weather is hot, so travel light. There may be occasional thunderstorms in the afternoons. Thailand is a casual place so you can be relieved that you don’t need to bring your suits and ties on this trip. Casual attire is suitable for just about anything you do and anywhere you go in Thailand.
